Why Creating High Performance Teams?

One problem faced by organisations is that managers don't necessarily have the skills and experience to fully develop their teams. Teams need certain capabilities and attitudes to be successful. Through high participant involvement, and the use of real company issues, this programme helps managers further develop their teams.
