Consulting With Clients
Why Consulting With Clients?
n today's market place, customers require complex solutions to complex business needs. While many consultants believe that they influence and/or interact with clients in a consultative way, they are not assuming the role of a business-to-business consultant. As a result, they often discover that they are not closing the business they hoped for, or that projects won are derailed.
