Why Assertiveness?
Effective communication and influencing is important in any situation. In order to be totally effective we need to know how to communicate assertively, and to do this we need to be able to feel assertive, so as to create win-win outcomes.

This programme helps create assertive professional communicators. Learning how to contribute to meetings, team events and to more productive business relationship management, all of which adds value to the business. The programme will include:
