Effective Management
This is a dynamic, highly interactive and participative workshop, where discussion, coaching skills and the use of case studies are utilised. Run by specialists in leadership behaviours, participants will discover the difference between holding a position of managerial authority and being able to inspire and empower their team to support the organisation vision.

Who is it for?
For managers or supervisors of 12-18 months’ experience to enhance their management capabilities and explore leadership attitudes, utilising well established methodologies. They will have the opportunity to create new habits of thinking and behaving which will enable them to lead teams effectively.
How is it structured?
This extensive programme offers an in-depth study of leadership tools and models, designed to help managers become more focused and effective leaders who understand the need for balance between supporting individual needs while serving the goals of the organisation. Most importantly, participants will be shown how to demonstrate this flexibility in the workplace. This workshop is of 3 day duration.
