What is the cost of unproductive working relationships in today’s competitive market place? With internal relationships the costs in time, frustration, low motivation and productivity are substantial. With customers even more can be at stake.
For leaders and managers, being able to influence and motivate others is no longer a nice-to-have. It is an essential for personal and business success. The key to understanding and motivating others is knowing their values, beliefs and communication strategies, which are conveyed through their language. This workshop equips participants with that critical knowledge, using leading-edge learning technologies.
Objectives
By the end of the Motivational Leadership & Management workshop participants will:
- Know their own communication style preferences through Thinking Styles™ assessments
- Be able to recognise the preferences of others
- Elicit values and beliefs that determine motivation
- Be more versatile in their interactions with a wide variety of people
- Use compelling and influential language
- Reduce conflict and maximise rapport
- Have significantly enhanced their understanding of what really makes people tick

Training Methods
The workshop will be highly participative with a mixture of short inputs and practical activities.
Thinking Styles™ profiles will be used to enhance participant’s awareness and understanding of the skills used by highly effective communicators.
Duration
Two days, with follow up days available.
Group Size
Up to a maximum of 10 participants per workshop, in order to enable sufficient opportunity for individual coaching.
Result
No longer will participants have people whom they don’t understand or ‘cannot work with’. Difference is respected and the ability of people to motivate, inspire and influence individuals and groups is transitioned to new levels.
