One to one coaching programme to realise an individual's full potential

Why Executive Coaching?

In any situation where the potential of an executive or other employee is not being fully realised, then a valuable resource is being wasted. This applies where the performance is either below standard or below what is achievable, or behaviours are inappropriate.

What results will I achieve?

The executive develops an extended range of personal resources providing more choice, reducing stress and enhancing performance within the specific context. In a pre-determined series of half day sessions the person can:

  • Develop individual executive Excellence, within a specific context
  • Establish and/or clarify a sense of personal vision
  • Identify and resolve the conscious and, even more importantly, the unconscious barriers to achievement that exist
  • Provide strategies for managing conflict, both internal and external

Who is it for?

Anyone who is 'stuck' in an area of their work, isn't performing up to expectations or whose motivation is limited for whatever reason.

How is it structured?

Sessions are undertaken in complete confidence by highly skilled coaches who all have a business background and have been trained in the very latest NLP personal coaching techniques available.

The process will be implemented over a timescale that is the most convenient and useful to the executive concerned. This is usually in one day or half-day sessions.
