Stephanie Daniells is our Client Services Manager who manages the Client Services Team, ensuring that our customers get the best possible service from simplified administration and bookings to accurate and timely invoicing. Stephanie has been with Excel Communications since 2007 and in her spare time she enjoys playing squash and socialising with friends.

Mel Forde

Mel Forde is our Training Co-ordinator who manages logistics ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. She also does client liaison, manages the online profiling tools, works on the design of the Excel Academy workshop materials and fast feedback service. Mel enjoys socialising with friends and family on her days off.

Carl Maniscalco

Carl is our Business Administrator, managing all of the financial systems including accurate and timely raising of invoices and liaising with procurement teams and financial departments across our many client companies.Carl also manages the shipping of all training materials and equipment. In his spare time Carl enjoys going to the cinema and eating italian food.
