Rachel Burton

Rachel Burton is our Business Manager who heads up our excel encore offering and manages the Client Support Team, ensuring that our customers get the best possible service from simplified administration and bookings to accurate and timely invoicing. Rachel has been with Excel since 2005 and came with a prestigious CV which includes a senior production role on BBC Question Time and a training and development role in a government department. In her spare time Rachel is a passionate scuba diver and enjoys walking in the Lake District.

Carl Maniscalco

Carl is our Business Administrator, managing all of the financial systems including accurate and timely raising of invoices and liaising with procurement teams and financial departments across our many client companies.Carl also manages the shipping of all training materials and equipment. In his spare time Carl enjoys going to the cinema and eating italian food.

Stephanie Daniells

Stephanie Daniells is our Training Co-ordinator who manages logistics ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.She also does client liaison and manages the online profiling tools. Stephanie enjoys playing squash and socialising with friends on her days off.
