Rachel Burton

Rachel Burton is our Business Manager who heads up our excel encore offering and manages the Client Support Team, ensuring that our customers get the best possible service from simplified administration and bookings to accurate and timely invoicing. Rachel has been with Excel since 2005 and came with a prestigious CV which includes a senior production role on BBC Question Time and a training and development role in a government department. In her spare time Rachel is a passionate scuba diver and enjoys walking in the Lake District.

Kerry Ryan

Kerry Ryan is our dedicated Business Administrator, managing all of the financial systems including accurate and timely raising of invoices and liaising with procurement teams and financial departments across our many client companies. In her spare time Kerry enjoys following the F1 GP racing.

Stephanie Daniells

Stephanie Daniells is our Training Co-ordinator who manages logistics and the shipping of all training materials and specialist equipment to venues in the UK and overseas, ensuring the right people and materials are in the right place at the right time. When she's not working, Stephanie enjoys playing squash and socialising with friends.
