coaching pack

Sent to managers prior to the workshop, this contains information on the key topics plus templates for setting pre-learning objectives and reviewing action plans afterwards. It helps managers to support participants every step of the way.

We engage participants in the upcoming event by sending texts that remind them when and where it's taking place and build a sense of excitement and anticipation.

post-workshop elements

action planning postcards

Participants write a confidential post-workshop Action Plan and seal it in a self addressed envelope. This is then sent to them 4-6 weeks later as a powerful and timely reminder of what they planned to do. These Action Plans may also be shared with managers.

fast feedback

Level 1 quantitative evaluation of the workshop delivered to your desk so that you can confidently follow up with participants and their managers.

email helpline

Participants can email us with any questions or concerns and receive a response within 24 hours.

desktop summaries

Participants receive a laminated card after the workshop that summarises key learnings and acts as an easy reference tool when managing their day-to-day activities.

cue cards

Credit card size reminders of key models used during the workshop make useful at-a-glance reminders, particularly before a key meeting or presentation.

extended reading lists

Participants are sent a comprehensive list of books, websites, articles and other reading matter that helps them to take their knowledge and interest one step further.

telephone coaching

Tailored 1:1 coaching at an agreed time after the workshop can help individuals to build on success, overcome personal challenges and consolidate their learning. This can be one half hour session or several sessions over a period of time - whatever best meets your needs.

executive coaching

Focused, face-to-face time with an experienced coach can really unlock the potential in an individual and pave the way for even greater success.

follow-up workshop

These workshops are short, focussed sessions that give participants the opportunity to share success stories, reinforce key actions and take the skills learned to the next level.

Intranet support

Some clients may want to set up an intranet for workshop participants. We can provide content that will enable participants to share success stories, work on case studies or simply keep in touch with fellow learners.
