TNA's & Diagnostic Days

Why TNA's & Diagnostic Days?

Even the most well run organisations experience localised dips in performance targets and expectations. Often identified by senior management, the blocks to performance are thus addressed by way of development initiatives or structural change.

If this method gets the results you want - that's fine. When however, a change in philosophy or overall company/departmental thinking is required the full "buy in" of all departmental members is needed if the change is to become endemic and long lasting.

This approach gets the necessary "buy in" and enhances the expectation and motivation for change, to happen effortlessly.

What results will I achieve?

Using the minimum of input and maximum amount of higher level facilitation, groups and individuals are allowed to develop their own action plan within the tight framework of the facilitation model.

The diagnostic day can be applied to any one of a number of work related outcomes. Typical topics have included:

  • Merging cultures (with Directors)
  • Identifying training needs (HR Professionals and Managers)
  • Process re-engineering (I.T./Finance/Ops)
  • Enhancing profitability (Sales/Marketing)
  • Delivering on Customer Services (Sales & Internal Depts)

By the end of the day, the participants will have:

  • Identified clearly the factors which are key to them achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Identified the blocks to achieve these outcomes at the levels of
    • Personal
    • Department
    • Organisation
  • Cited specific actions to circumnavigate the blocks and facilitate success.

Who is it for?

The day is a facilitated event for any number of people who are involved in changes of working for their sector / department.
